Details:
Meet on Friday night at the Licola Caravan Park for happy hour if possible. It is daylight saving so that this should be achievable. On Saturday we will be heading out up the butcher country track and down Zeka spur track, find a campsite, set up and settle down hopefully for a evening of chat around the campfire. BBQ tea or whatever you fancy. It's now time to get to know each other, Anita and I have only been with the club a relatively short time, the monthly meeting is unachievable for us now with Melbourne's traffic. Apparently there are over 40 trip leaders new and old. So to other new trip leaders, get on board, meet some others TL's, more experienced or new it does not matter. The idea is to meet and chat. On Sunday morning, have a sleep in, go for a fish, swim or visit the cemetary or relax. After lunch we will head for Licola where the trip will conclude. Hopefully another TL will run the same sort of trip in the next quarter and so on. If this ones is successful I will find a venue for November. By then Pub grub get together would work as we'll all know each other.
