Standard recovery equipment:  rated front and rear recovery points, snatch strap with rated shackles, shovel, air compressor,  AT or better tyres with at least 50% tread - including the spare.  Maxx Tracks or similar, sand flag if you have one but not mandatory.

Overnight:

Base camp at Murrayville Caravan Park
$15 per night unpowered
$20 per night powered.
Bring cash, honesty box.

Details:

Join us on an exploration (recce) of the Big Desert area in western Victoria.
Base camping at Murrayville (6 hours from the westgate bridge).
The trip will officially kick off with happy hour at 5pm on Saturday November 2.
Sunday will be a full days drive in the Big Desert State Park.
On Monday we plan to visit a section of the border track and return via SA.
These plans are subject to change due to weather or what we find, we haven't been there before.
