Camp overnight at TLCCV Yarck property Tuesday July 18 and Wednesday July 19. Leave Yarck on Thursday July 20
Details:
An opportunity to camp at Yarck and then take a scenic meander through State Forests. We will head from Molesworth through to Narbethong and then onto Marysville. From there we will meander through mountain forest and state park to the Rubicon Historic area, the site of the state's first hydro electric power scheme before heading to Thornton and back to Yarck. This will be a 200km day. I have not done a reccy for this trip, however, as the tracks will be closed, we will be on most likely wet and slippery but well maintained dirt roads.
