This trek provides a gentle meander through areas of mountain forest and state park as it runs north from Marysville to Thornton. Discover relics of past activity, gold mining and logging and also historic remains of our first hydro-electric power station. Trestle bridges, possibility of water falls. This trip has it all without the overnight stay.
