Need more confidence to cook over hot coals?
This weekend we will cover planning your catering for a weekend or extended outback trip and campfire cooking over hot coals.
We will swap ideas and discuss emergency catering.
BYO: A suitable cooking pot for hot coals. (Let me know if you don’t have one). Another cooking device, in case of bad weather, only if you have one. Ingredients for whatever you want to cook, scones, cake, damper, dinner etc.
We will be having a fun COOK OFF COMPETITION on Sunday morning with a prize to be won.
We will have a lot of fun and laughs while we sit around the camp fire.
