This trip is designed for new members to get the hang of a club trip while enjoying some great scenery and camaraderie in a relaxed manner. The 4WDing will NOT be difficult.
The official trip will commence from the club's Yarck property at 8am Saturday morning.
Although the official trip commences Saturday morning, it's assumed that most will be able to camp at the Yarck Hilton on Friday night. I will be at Yarck just after lunch on Friday. It would be great if you could join us for happy hour and dinner at Yarck. However, I understand this is difficult for some people, and some might make an early morning dash on Saturday (we might meet them in Mansfield).

We will leave Yarck at 8am (Ish) on Saturday morning and travel to Mansfield to top up fuel & grab those last-minute requirements.
From Mansfield, we will drive to Mirimbah, where we will air down and leave the sealed road travelling up to Craig's Hut (a prop built for the movie 'The Man from Snowy River') for lunch.
Then, we will visit Bindaree Falls and onto Bindaree hut or Pikes Flat on the Howqua River to camp.
On Sunday we will head up to Bluff Hut, and then onto Mansfield Via, Brocks Rd, Sheepyard Flat & Steiners Rd Taking in the sights along the way.
The Trip will formally end in Mansfield, where some will continue home. I will return to the Hilton for the night and encourage those who can, to join me.
